 "Through me", "I am the way" means acting like Christ showed us in loving each other more than professing exclusive loyalty to the name "Christ". "IT" means acting like the guy credited with the red font in The Bible acted (or trying to).. not just repeating stuff Apostles said. Any person, religious or not, with "IT" can do the right things the ways Christ did without ever being exposed to The Gospels. And, "that", in the eyes of God, is likely "IT". Does that sound familiar? You hear versions of it all the time (especially if you watch Oprah). It sounds nice. Kind of has a ring of friendly open minded acceptance to it. Days like today don't come along very often in times like these. The good guys won . The black hats were defeated. By God's good grace freedom, your freedom , was defended and war has been prevented for now. Amen. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord! Every anti-freedom (AKA gun control) bill went down in flames today. Despite our fearless leader's constant crying out that "90% of America wants this" that didn't work. Wanna know why? Cause he was talking to the same America that he was speaking for. Don't lie to the people who give you your job. Don't use shattered families as pawns in your ridiculous agenda. Shame on you mister president and GREAT job senators.

I listen to this pastor near Dallas a lot. His name is Matt Chandler. He often says this thing that rings true like church bells. "No one has caused you more harm than yourself" Every day I wake up and look around at my life in amazement. The Lord's blessing knows no end. I've not earned it and quite to the contrary, I'm ill deserving of it. He's given me a wonderful wife and a healthy awesome son. He's blessed me with an employer that provides abundantly and I've never had a job that is so relaxed yet challenging. Sometimes I wonder when the bottom is going to fall out and then I repent.
